All of a great Saint and a great philosopher, Christ, BUTTA, Muhammad, Confucius, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle were great teachers. The word "leader" also includes a meaning called an educator. What was it that they tried to teach and tell? It is about life. And it is the present education that the portion which they tried to teach and tell falls out entirely.

Although life is decided by encounter, it is not an overstatement. Whether especially a good teacher can be encountered influences the man's lifetime. Therefore, even now, there are customs which invite a teacher in a marriage ceremony. And there is the meaning of the word "teacher." So, the responsibility given to the educator is heavy.

Once, the origin of study was choosing a teacher. Those who stood mind took a trip of travels in quest of the teacher of life. It was the beginning of learning and practice to find a good teacher in a certain meaning.

Love [ as opposed to children from an ideal, passion, and what ] is required for a teacher. However, a present-day educator has many people the consciousness as an educator and the target are not [ people ] ascertained. But the teachers who do not have the ideal or passion as an educator from the beginning are increasing in number so that it may be represented by the deer teacher. Then, what man will be able to call it an educator and a teacher? Those who can look with the teacher of life are just true educators. That is, those to whom it should be how between men, or should live how, or the direction is taught are just true educators.

Whenever [ people go within a lifetime ] experiences frustration, failure, and unrequited love. And it worries each time and is troubled. It is then that people need an instruction. It can be called a true educator just by being able to perform suitable advice and instruction at such a time. Therefore, a teacher's thing might be once called clergyman. However, in the present educational system, such a role is not expected to a teacher at all, either. Rather, such a things are not an educator's work and a job.

Even if it has this one eye, it is clear to the present educational system that the viewpoint of something as education is missing.

Under such an educational system, an educator cannot be asked about character. Now, it is because a teacher is an occupation. There are also no ruler and structure which measure character in the standard which chooses a teacher. Rather, making an issue of thought and a principle is not allowed. Moreover, a history is not made into a problem, either. It cannot even perform releasing it. That is, the side to learn cannot choose a teacher. It cannot even perform that parents get to know it in order that a teacher may do what thought education. An educator's character is not made into a problem in a sense at the adoption time more than a private enterprise.

This tendency becomes strong especially during a compulsory education period. The thought of a kindergarten or a nursery is thought as important by the proof and many individual and ideological education is made in the kindergarten and nursery before compulsory education.

It understands, if an educator also becomes parents. If it sees from parents' viewpoint, it should be understood how the present education is dangerous and meaningless.

Children study the rule and order of a group life through school life. And a teacher is in the center. The teacher's character is no longer asked. no matter what thought it may have what past record and may have, a guardian makes an issue of it -- not to mention, it cannot know, either

 It was no longer the time of choosing a teacher. rather than -- it became impossible to choose a teacher This means that the origin to educational thought changed.

Expecting parents' education and teaching in school are shifted in many cases greatly. What parents make a protest against is not allowed to it. It is like the school taking the child at quality. In democracy, it is clear that parents with a child's bringing-up responsibility have educational sovereignty. Except for the case where the parents are accepted to be remarkably antisocial or to lack admissibility of a party to legal proceedings, the sovereignty over education is in a teacher, or the parents instead of a state fundamentally.

It is a right natural for a guardian that what human being gets to know what thing is taught to children how. At least in a democratic country, it is a fundamental right. The right is not protected. This problem and the freedom of thought and a principle are another problems. And the school teacher can grant absolute power into his classroom. The problem is that a school and a guardian are also unconscious to this.

Parents are not even allowed to make even a complain, though having been contrary to parents' will and the thing which parents do not desire are taught by its child. It cannot know, either, though a child's honor and will are trampled down. And an educator is the Absolute in a classroom. Really, who would make what the basis and would grant such power.

The present examination system is in the origin.

 The given problem and the made answer will give a problem in the absolute world, and those who make an answer will have absolute power. It is the source of the authority of a school. And when it is actually performed, what grades an examination and attaches a school report will have absolute power. And in the present educational system, nobody can do supervising this authority and power.

The teacher is absolute in a classroom. It is havea problem about the danger that people will become a dictator when such absolute authority is grasped. In one's classroom, a teacher has a possibility which a person in question desires of changing into a dictator, in spite of not wishing.

Before discussing the right or wrong of this, it is the first thing to do to recognize correctly the place which this means.

Why can't a guardian involve about adoption of such an educator that has absolute power and has positive influence with future [ of children ]? Educational sovereignty is in the guardian of a child and a child. This is a fundamental right in the democratic country which makes education duty.

Only a guardian can superintend a teacher. Because, a guardian is since its education is left. [ important ] And in the case of compulsory education, the choice of whether to receive education is not given to a guardian. The right and duty which a teacher is superintended are in a guardian inevitably.

Love [ as opposed to children from an ideal, passion, and what ] is required for a teacher. Can the teachers of the spot continue having such an ideal and passion, and love? Many of educators are losing an ideal and passion. It symbolizes the crisis of the present education.

Mind supports an ideal, passion, and love. There is no how to have an ideal, passion, and love in that there is nothing from the beginning.

The remote cause by which an ideal and passion are lost from the educator is in isolation at schools.

An understanding and support of a guardian are the most important for an educator. That is, educators must be those who are chosen from a guardian and act for a guardian. A teacher does instead of [ of parents ] in a school. If it becomes impossible for the teacher who set in such a position to gain an understanding and support from a guardian, he will lose an ideal and passion in the inside of moment.

An educator and a guardian have to make mind the same. Therefore, the difference in the mind between a guardian and an educator must be canceled promptly. For that purpose, about children's future and the possibility, opinions must be continuously exchanged with parents and it must try to deepen each other understanding hard.

In order to gain an understanding and support of a guardian, educators should be common sense people from what. A school is because it is just going to prepare for coming out to society. All that matters is that an educator is isolated from society and left by motion of a world.

The teacher should discuss education with the guardian or the local resident more. By it, a point of contact with general society should be increased, and general common sense should be learned.

Structure is important in education. If structure is solid, even if it makes it an examination and makes it a teacher, the given role can be played, respectively.

The problem is the structure about who chooses an educator. The structure and procedure which choose an educator under democracy are important.

In order to realize democratic education, you have to make a guardian participate in management of a school or an educator's personnel affairs in a certain form. Democracy is such thought although surely various problems are derived. You have to reverse democratic organization, if it is disagreeable.

The will of the man who teaches is not respected in the present school, either. In order to teach what to teach, there are too many obstacles. If an understanding and support of a guardian are gained, although they must originally so be easy to come out, pressure is applied from various places. In order to protect one's life, you have to stop after all, having to reach a compromise. Rather, the direction which the school also left to the principle of a market may say.

A teacher, a textbook, and a curriculum will be left to a user, i.e., a guardian. And those [ all ] that chose it undertake to a result.

Only the right as which a guardian chooses an educator, and the right at least to evade should accept.

The educational leading role is a child. It is a duty to develop a possibility that an educator is in a child.

A child's talent is in a child. The child itself develops the talent. An educator only helps it. It is to he forgets it and have a child its way.

If it carries out, education will suffer a setback.

You have to begin education from accepting a child's capability. There is a child also with a schoolchild more excellent than a teacher without limit. You have to start with recognizing a child's power. It is the educator in whom those with the capability to accept a child's potential capability were excellent.

That is, it is finding out the child superior to oneself. It is contrary to the educational purpose to make a child obey and to rule over. Educationally, it is defeat to subordinate a child and to collapse autonomy.

for that purpose, a child's talk -- patience -- hearing it strongly and gazing at a child is that a teacher has to do first

Teaching is learning. Therefore, oneself must learn an educator from a student first. It is bringing up people. It is not grading people, or attaching rank and sorting out. It is a secondary thing.

The most important thing is giving people confidence and pride and giving them an useful hope and courage. And it is making one's future and possibility believed. Therefore, it is wonderful to educate people.

It must be tolerant to educate people. You have to accept and accept people. It is because people must be accepted in order to educate people. Education will not be made if you do not like people. And the observing eye must be excellent.

It does not push against its idea or opinion, but a partner's talent is accepted in the maximum. If it thinks like this and is not a person of character, an educator may not have heart and others suddenly.
